The house has 155 feet of private low bank waterfront and each year is the premier place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. There is a private dock to moor your watercraft and room for your boat trailer. The home is 2 short blocks from the center of downtown Chetek with its interesting shops, bakery, sport shop and cafes. Summer is the most popular time to be in Chetek with Fish-o-rama and Liberty Fest, Hydroflight water ski shows, and city-wide garage sales. I am considering keeping the house open in the winter for holiday lodging, ice fishing, snowmobiling and hunting groups. A fishing cleaning station is provided. The patio is furnished with patio furniture and a gas grill. A fire pit overlooks the lake for evening treats.
