The space Welcome to charming Chetek. This house was built by my father, a local businessman, in 1938. It retains much of its Art Deco charm, but has modern heating, air conditioning, and TV and WiFi. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, all with views of Lake Chetek. The house has 155 feet of private low bank waterfront and each year is the premier place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. There is a private dock to moor your watercraft and room for your boat trailer. The home is 2 short blocks from the center of downtown Chetek with its interesting shops, bakery, sport shop and cafes. Guest access The whole house is available, no shared space. Other things to note The fishing is generally good off the private dock. A fishing cleaning station is provided. The patio is furnished with patio furniture and a gas grill. A fire pit overlooks the lake for evening treats. A shower is available in the basement in addition to the full bathroom on the main floor.
