Welcome to Falling Creek, conveniently located less than 3 miles from I95. Less than an hour drive from D.C. and only 10 - 15 min from Quantico and Downtown Fredericksburg where you can walk around to shop, eat or have a drink. Unlike some other places, we don't require you to perform any chores or cleaning before checking out. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Feel free to take your time, savor your last moments, and leave any tidying up to us. The space Spacious, clean and cozy 5,497 sq foot home with high quality furniture and decor. Falling Creek B&B is not just a place to stay, it's our home. As the proud owners, we live on the property alongside our delightful two-year-old son. We believe that our family presence adds a special touch to the overall experience, creating a friendly and inviting ambiance that truly makes Falling Creek feel like a home away from home. This is the presidential suite. Cozy, comfortable room with rich, soft uniquely crafted pillows and king size Serta mattress for a good night’s rest. Along with the king size bed, this room has 2 queen sofa beds and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Relax by the pool, hot tub or enjoy our new unique lookout deck overlooking 4 acres of forest & Accokeek creek. Please come and stay for as long as you like! Guest access Guests can use all spaces on the first floor except the office. This includes the pool table, living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. When the pool is open, guests are free to use the pool all ours of the day. During your stay I'm usually happy to socialize during the evenings and weekend mornings. Should you need any assistance or have any inquiries during your stay, our B&B office is conveniently located on the main floor. You'll find us working remotely there, ensuring we are readily available to address your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note When we are home on the weekends we usually make breakfast at eight o’clock AM. If we are unable to, there will be food available in the kitchen for guests.
