Or plan a day trip to Moosehead Lake region, Appalachian Trail, Baxter State Park, Peaks Kenney Park, all within one hour's driving distance. The space All you need bring are yourselves and change of clothes; all towels and sheets are stocked. Cabin cleaning after your stay is provided, no charge, no worries. We rent on a daily and weekly basis. Owners are on premises 24/7. Guest access Your cabin, your own porch, picnic table and charcoal barbecue. You are welcome to explore our trails here on the 300 plus acres, take a nap on our grassy lawn, use our fire pit. Wifi and smart tvs provided. Other things to note Our driveway off the main road Rt 6/16 is 1.2 miles long through our wooded acreage of birch trees and pines. Once you are near, you will come upon a grand visual of the cabins and the main lodge yard as you travel along the causeway of the pond. It is quite a sight. There is no artificial street light, so the nights are starry and beautiful. The western skies are host to great sunsets and moon settings. Gentle breezes and the babbling brook are all the noise you'll hear. Far enough into the woods but not out of touch with convenience and necessity shopping only 4 miles away.
