Holly House Annexe

This 750 sq ft self-contained private annexe is found in a pretty village right in the countryside. A very friendly English pub/restaurant is just a 5 minutes walk away and has an EV charge point. There are plenty of countryside walks right from the house. The space The entrance leads straight into the living room (affectionately known as the Africa room) which has 2 sofas, a TV and Blueray DVD player where you can put your feet up after a long day exploring. Close at hand there is a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee (please note there is not a full kitchen in the accommodation). Leading from the lounge is the dining room where you can enjoy your breakfast or a takeaway meal. Also leading off the lounge is the bedroom with ensuite. The cotton bedlinen combined with feather duvet and pillows should make for a great nights sleep. The ensuite has a big double shower, 2 basins, toilet and bidet. There are a selection of breakfast cereals, fruit, yogurt and milk provided should you wish to have a light breakfast. The annexe is attached to the main house via a locked door. Guest access We have a designated parking space for guests to use and access is through double doors into the living area. There is a key safe to allow self check in if required. Other things to note The area is very peaceful and quiet and all you will hear at night time is the hooting of the owls or the occasional muntjac deer
