JULIA'S APT 2 (no stove)

The house is great for working, studying, walking or even relaxing, a unique and tranquil place. It is well located, has a market, pharmacy, bakery and a nearby bus stop, on the street of the Uniandrade college, and is 5 km from downtown Curitiba. Close to city parks. Note: There is NO STOVE, the kitchen is like a hotel, with only a microwave and an electric kettle. There is no sink inside the apartment. The space The house is on the second floor with 3 rooms (bathroom, living room/kitchen and bedroom) with a balcony with a tank and washing machine. Guest access Parking, Restroom in the entrance hall. Other things to note We are currently facing a very large drought/dry spell in Paraná, Sanepar is rotating in all neighborhoods. We offer a 500-liter water tank. To avoid surprises, check the water rotation on the Sanepar website for the Santa Quitéria neighborhood.
