Located on Bend's westside, close to the Deschutes river, local parks, neighborhood restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. The best of everything Bend! You’ll love my place because of the awesome location and local neighborhood feel. This space is great for solo adventurers, couples or business travelers. Enjoy the convenience of this cozy condo within walking or biking distance of many of Bend's best amenities! The space Each condo has their own laundry and private key-coded entry. The lower floor condos each have a separate storage shed with padlock to use for bikes, skis or other equipment. Guest access A four digit code will be supplied for self check-in upon booking. The backyard is a shared barbeque area for the use of the 3 units on the property. If you have pets with you please don't use the backyard for their business. Thank you. Other things to note If you are bringing pets please don't leave them unattended in the units. There is an additional pet charge. This assures that the space is clean of pet hair and dander for the following guests. One pet per unit is allowed unless special arrangements are made. $10/day; $50/week or $100/month.
