Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher). The space Newly added spacious addition to the house with a large open and airy living space with a kitchenette and large dining area... bedroom and bath are separated from the living area. Walking up the stairs is required to enter the apartment. Guest access The guest will have parking space on the far right side of the driveway with a walkway on the right side of the garage. In the back, the steps lead to the deck in the back of the house for a private entrance. Other things to note The apartment is located in the southern part of Wilmington before crossing onto Pleasure Island.
