When you run out of Toilet paper・Facial tissue・Garbage bag, please contact us and we will restock it for you. ● If you want to extend your stay, please inform us at least 1 day before the original check-out date so we can confirm the Reservation Alteration Request accordingly. You won't be able to make any change to the Itinerary on the check-out date. Guest access ●Guest can use the entire apartment room & all appliances provided inside the room. ●This listing is already listed with NO PARKING SPACE. The building's front space is for management personnel only, it is off-limit to all vacation rental guests. Any vehicles beside the management personnel vehicles will be chained or removed from the building site. Please use nearby Coin parking lots if you travel by any kind of vehicle. Your understanding cooperation is highly appreciated. Other things to note ★★★Room Rules★★★ ● The building is completely NON-SMOKING. Please do not smoke in the room, balcony or any space in the building. If found, we will charge you a fine of 10,000JPY. ● Check-in & Check-out Check-in time: anytime after 4 PM Check-out time: before 10 AM ＊Please be sure to check out on time. Late check-out fee is 1,000 yen per 30-minutes. ＊Luggage storage service is not provided after check-out. Leaving your luggage in the room without permission is regarded as late check-out. We will ask you for an additional fee. ● During the stay ＊If you have any questions about the facilities in the room, please read the 「Room Guide」placed in the room ＊Please keep quiet after 10PM & don't make loud noises ＊Please try to clean up after yourselves and keep the room clean. An extra cleaning fee (to clean up trash or remove odor・dirt・stains) may be applied if the room is left too messy. ● Check-out time ＊Please don't leave any bulky trash or luggage you want to dispose of behind as the Building's Waste collector doesn't collect bulky trash. We will charge you extra fee if you do. ＊Please check again to see if there are any forgotten item in the room before checking out. If you want us to deliver the forgotten item back to you, you will need to pay Service Fee 2000JPY as well as the Delivery Fee since we need to send staff to retrieve the forgotten item to our office.
