Boho Chic Studio - Beach, 2 Bikes and 500 Meg Wi-Fi

Beautiful, large, top floor studio (550 sqft) with amazing jungle views. Interior style is boho-chic with amazing light and cool sea breezes. We offer a super comfortable king sized bed with and extra sofa bed for a third guest. Fully equipped kitchen with large electric grill top, fridge and microwave. Large table for digital work and dining. Smart 65" TV w 100+ channels, Two bikes and 500 meg wifi for digital work. 20 minutes on bikes to beach. Light construction noise in the area. The space The Tulum space is a 48 room building located in La Veleta, Tulum. It has amazing jungle views and 24 hour security. A pass code is needed to access the property (code maintained by se irony guards). The 50 meter road to the property can be bumpy as there are only a few asphalt roads in La Veleta. Just take your time and you will be fine - Tulum airport is a short 40 minute drive and Cancun 90 minutes - use Avis or Europcar for best prices. The condo is located on the third floor and just steps away from the large open air yoga area. Access to the condo is via a passcode which is maintained by the security guards for your security. Walk in to a large dining room table that also can be used for digital work, stand up or sit down. We have four comfortable chairs at the table and Tulum style mood lighting above the table. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast while close to your work station and is ideal for longer term stays. We have colorful Tulum style carpets on the floors and large floor cushions for seating as well. We also have a sofa bed for seating as well as tables for drinks and food. There is a 65 inch smart TV with numerous TV channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It is adjustable for your viewing needs and has an HDMI cable if you wish to connect your own device to the TV. The large king bed is super comfortable and there is ample cupboard space for clothing on either side of the bed. There is an ironing board, iron, clothes horse, safe, beach towels and laundry basket - three washer/dryers are on the second floor, close to the gym. The bathroom is modern with a beautifully tiled walk in shower, sink, toilet and a large backlit mirror. We have a luggage rack as well for most sizes of luggage. The large balcony has amazing views and has two stylish chairs and table to enjoy breakfast, coffee or to work. Hammock is also installed so you can enjoy the romantic sunsets and the sounds of the jungle birds and wildlife. There is light construction noise in the area. We use ecologically friendly products for cleaning where possible, and we maintain very high standards for cleaning and maintenance. Wifi is fibre optic and has 500 megs, great for zoom calls and the digital nomad lifestyle! Guest access There is free and ample parking outside as well as two bike racks. We offer two bikes that are included in your Airbnb price. Locks to the bikes are provided. Kukulkan Avenue is now open directly to the beach and is a 20 minute bike ride from the apartment. You can also drive to the beach but be prepared to pay about $10 dollars or $200 pesos for parking. Generally if you use a beach club (recommend La Zebra) parking is free. Tulum is not known for good roads so be prepared for a bumpy ride. There is a short cut from La Veleta to Aldea Zama, which has paved roads and 12 good restaurants - you can also bike there if you wish - 10 minutes on the bike or 5 minutes in the car Other things to note There is a small convenience store if you want to buy snacks or beer. Suggest you get your provisions at the Chedraui supermarket on Boca Paila road - prices are very reasonable compared to other locations and there is a good selection of foods and wines/beers. Try the Tulum artisanal beer - tasty! You can also walk to restaurants and mini supermarkets on Kukulkán avenue
