Located in the small peaceful village of Sailles, on the heights of Saint-Nectaire, you will have the most beautiful panorama: View of the Romanesque church, the Château de Murol, the Chaudefour valley and the Sancy massif. In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, you will be close to the tourist sites and activities of the region: cultural visits, lakes, farms, sports (...) and you can hike from the accommodation. The space Le Bel Horizon is a nice residential house, with an annex building, a private garden, and a central courtyard. More details: → Residential house: Ground floor: • A large 55 m² living room with equipped kitchen and dining room • A living room with TV in the vaulted room • One bedroom with 1 double bed, and closets (2 people) • Bathroom with separate toilet • Direct access to the balcony with the best view! Upstairs: • 1 bedroom with double bed, and closets. (2 people) → The annex building: • 2 single bedrooms, with double beds, each with their own bathrooms and separate toilets. (4 people) • 2 single bedrooms, the first of which is equipped with a double bed, and the second with 2 single beds. A shared bathroom with separate toilet, as well as an entrance hallway, separate these 2 bedrooms. (4 people) You will also enjoy a table and barbecue area outside. The annex building is not far from the house, it is simply located in front of the house, on the other side of the private courtyard 20 m away. A cleaning fee of €200 for the accommodation is offered (a deposit check will then be required). If you don't take the package, the house will have to be cleaned. Guest access Your accommodation is located at the entrance to the village of Sailles. After the fountain, go straight for 80 meters. You are in front of the sign for the "Guilhot" farm? That's perfect! ;-) The house will be on your right, 40 meters away.
