The suite is located in the lower level of my home, it is very quiet, peaceful, and cozy as many of my guests have stated in the reviews. I would encourage any potential guest to read them! The suite has a separate entrance and no shared spaces. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea/hot cocoa and snacks. There is a dining table in the living area. Flexible check in/check out times. Will accommodate if possible and very often possible. The space The space does not have cooking facilities. It does have a mini fridge and microwave. Queen bed in the bedroom, a sofa in the living room, and access to cots should you need them. There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. It works like a furnace and is the main source of heat for the suite. Instructions are in the suite. Personal touches throughout to welcome each guest. Big screeen TV in the living room with many streaming options. Access to washer/dryer in the suite. There is a door between the upstairs and downstairs that I keep locked on the inside. For insurance purposes, I have to have access should there be an emergency. Rest assured you will have complete privacy. Guest access Hot tub is available 24/7. It is located at the back of the home.
