Rental is in University Heights area close to UNM university and CNM college. Nob Hill. Central Ave. Close to the Airport, Hospital and freeways 25 and 40. Restaurants. Bars. Clubs. Smiths Grocery store near by...3 blocks away Art on display. Bright, natural light, Airy, Spacious, private. Full kitchen 3/4 bathroom (shower)and walk in closet. Private parking. The space Studio apartment in the Heart of University Heights. Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Bright, open-plan, with original artwork through out. Coffee maker, full gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster over, gas wall furnace and swamp cooler. Great residential area. Walking distance to everything. Close to grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, post office, UNM, CNM laundry and central Ave. All within your own beautiful and private safe haven. This is not a Hotel. It's a no frills budget rental, as the price reflects. It does not offer any Hotel type services....please don't book a budget rental and expect Hotel services. Rental will be cleaned before you arrive. There will be no cleaning service provided during your stay. Laundry is off site 2 blocks away, you are responsible for doing your own laundry during your stay. There is no garden/ yard included in the rental....in fact no outside area is included in the rental. Rental applies strictly to the interior of the Airbnb. Albuquerque is high desert and dry, occasionally bugs and dust can make there way inside. The rental is sprayed and cleaned regularly but unfortunately this is part of desert life in Albuquerque..... please do not book this rental if you get upset by bugs because most likely you will see at least one. This rental does not come with a tour guide/ friend/ assistant/maid........ If one person books the rental only one person may stay in the rental...no "visitors" without host permission. There is an extra $10 fee on the Airbnb listing for additional guests. If a non Airbnb guest is found entering/visiting the rental without host permission the Airbnb guest will be required to pay the additional $10 per day x the days of the agreed stay. Pets are forbidden. Moving furniture and redecorating during your stay is forbidden. This rental is nothing fancy. It's a small basic, no frills, budget rental in the heart of the University area with alot of young people/students in the area. It's on a corner lot, cross streets of Coal and Stanford. You can hear traffic. The streets can not be moved and the traffic can not be stopped. There is a long term tenant next door where a wall is shared. You may hear normal day to day living next door. If that is upsetting book something else. There is a swamp cooler and a refrigerator, that make operational noises...these are essentially in the same room...it's a studio....one room!. It definitely is not excessively noisy but it's not silent. If sounds bothers you or you prefer complete silence or your picky in general or easily upset or have special needs or have high standards or need constant assistance..... this is not be the place for you FYI..... please book something else.
