The space Access to Seafarer's View is directly from the High Street via 2 large garage doors which lead you to a secure undercover driveway, courtyard area and 30sq m boat shed with space for hanging wet sailing gear, bicycles, motorbikes, cars or a small boat. Inside the property: Ground floor: · Entrance hallway and staircase to 1st floor. · Shower/laundry room with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, large washing machine and tumble dryer. · Double bedroom with views onto the High street, underbed storage, wardrobe hanging space, desk and chair. First floor: · Master bedroom that easily sleeps 4, views of the High street with sea glimpses, underbed storage, wardrobe hanging space · Double bedroom with wardrobe hanging space. · Large Bathroom, with bath fitted with over bath shower, toilet and sink Second floor: · Kitchen with sink, large dishwasher, inbuilt double oven, convection hob (with safety lock) and all necessary amenities, toaster, microwave, kettle etc · Dining room with wall mounted TV, banquet table and chairs for 12, cocktail bar and a view of the High street and the slip way. · Off the dining room is a small comfortable snug with seating for 6-8 people. Bench seating for 12 – 16 people and a hot tub (for additional fee £100). Guest access Seafarer's View is perfectly situated in the centre of Cowes Town, minutes from all Cowes marinas. For guests bringing their own vehicles, the property includes off-road, secure parking for 2 cars, with additional on-street parking in front of the property, this is a huge advantage as parking in Cowes is notoriously scarce. Bicycle and Paddle Board hire is available on the High St. Local Authority transport consists of electric scooters dotted around the town and a regular bus service. A Chain Ferry service is intermittently available for cars and pedestrians to cross from West to East Cowes, offering guests a fast route to the IOW Car Ferry or a day exploring Osborne House. Other things to note There is a key safe at the property which you will get the code for a few days before arrival, check in is after 3pm and checkout by 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be requested via the host. 12 of the beds at the property are zip & link beds which can be linked together to provide the guests with a king size double bed if required, The master bedroom can also accommodate 2 extra beds if guests wish to have a 4 person dormitory room, increasing the total occupancy to 14. Please contact the host to specify sleeping arrangements. All mattresses are orthopaedic and the divan bases all include a large door for extra storage. Additional blankets/throws are dotted around the property for the guest's use.
