Unit #1 is a 1 Bd/1 Ba, ground floor Bungalow directly on the beach. Shaded deck area & large patio to enjoy the best sunsets on AMI! New kitchen with SS appliances,cable, flat screen TV & WIFI. Unit has a queen bed & 2 brand new sofa bed with firm foam memory mattresses that sleeps 4 guests. Additional $7.00/day/guest. A queen bed in the BR is separated from the F.R. by folding accordion door. There is a small 8x20 heated pool on site. Double built in charcoal grill to share is on site. The space The unit is #1 of 6 units in a small building. There is a shared pool and BBQ area. This unit has ONLY ONE dedicated parking spot. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED. PLEASE make sure your vehicle is well centered in your parking space so that all the guests can park. Being a ground floor unit, there are lower ceilings and is not recommended for guests taller than 6'2''. Guest access BBQ area- Guest is responsible for cleaning the area to avoid additional fees. The Unit has its own shaded beach front deck with a picnic table and 4 chairs. Also a 2 chase lounges for your sun bathing pleasures are provided. Furniture IS NOT to be taken out of our premises and to the beach. During your stay Call any time you have a question or need information. Lights are not permitted on the back porch area per "Turtle Protection Ordinance" There are 5 other units on-site and a few common areas. Other things to note Feel free to call for any problem or recommendation of things to do and where to go. Take advantage of our free trolley or the "Monkey BUS"(941-565-6542) A fun form of transportation that would pick you up at your door and take you wherever you want to go.
