Walk to historic downtown! 1 mile to Sponge Docks. 3 miles to Sunset Beach/ Howard Beach. Long term available! The space Perfect for snowbirds or quiet getaways. Guest access The entire cottage and private patio are available for guest. Smoking on the patio only. Do not smoke inside. Please do not use the backyard. The yard is for my dog. Pets are not allowed.
