Willow apartment is a new apartment built above the garage. There is parking right beside the door or elsewhere on the property. We are conveniently located between State College and Huntingdon and have 25 minutes to either city. So its convenient for Penn State Fans and Juniata College Fans. It is in a peaceful country setting. There is a guidebook available with interesting points available in surrounding areas. Willow Retreat is on the same property as a separate Airbnb listing. The space You will have the full apartment above the garage. There is a grill and fire pit outside the door. We have a no smoking policy in the house. If you need to do so please find a designated spot outside and clean up the residue before you leave. There are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen bed. There’s a queen mattress that can be put in the corner of the living room area, giving a total space for 4-6 guests to sleep. The garage below is a shared space unless you specifically ask to use it. Guest access There is lots of parking on the premises. Other things to note Play area and yard is for guests from the house and the apartment to enjoy. There is also a basketball hoop that is shared if house and apartment is booked.Basketball is in the brown box on the front left corner of the house patio. We have quiet hours set from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM to give surrounding neighbors a quiet night. We have a no pets policy.
