Beautiful victorian house with garden, renovated, 4 min from Blackhorse Rd station on the Victoria (20 min to Central London), in the vibrant area of Walthamstow. IMPORTANT: Our lovely 10 years old cat, Arya, stays in the house in our absence. She is very independent, but please do not book if you don't like cats! :) This is our family home, which we list only when we go away. While we do make sure to make space for guest's belongings, our personal belongings stay in the house in our absence. The space We are a french-indian couple with 2 daughters (5 and 3 years old), living in our Victorian home renovated 5 years ago. It is a great location from which to explore London, with only 4 minutes walk to Victorian line (which takes 20 min to Oxford Circus in Central London), and lots to do locally, with plenty of cool bars & restaurants in the area (we are happy to provide recommendations). On the ground floor, there is a massive open living-room / kitchen / dining area, with bifold doors opening to the garden. On the first floor, there is the first main bedroom and a bathroom with a bath tub. On the second floor, we have the second bedroom with sofa-bed. As this is our main family home, we do have our personal belongings in the house, and some wear-and-tear on our furniture. We of course keep some empty spaces for our guests belongings, but please be aware that this isn't the right place for you if you're expecting an appart-hotel type of space :) Guest access Guests will have access only to the ground floor (living room and kitchen), and to the first floor (bathroom + 2 bedrooms). The top floor will be locked up.
