Less than 5 miles away from the Finnriver farm and cidery and the Northwest School for Wooden Boatbuilding. From the tiny house, it is 13 miles to Port Townsend and forty miles to Port Angeles where you can access the Olympic National Park via Hurricane Ridge or take the ferry to Vancouver Island. The ferry to downtown Seattle is 37 miles away. This separate home is located on its own two private acres of wooded land, with a cleared yard for lounging and playing in. The brand new home (2021) includes a queen bed up in the loft (loft does not have standing headroom) , a couch, TV, fast Wifi (updated 12/2022) , a full bathroom, a dining table and a kitchenette. The kitchenette consists of a two-burner hot plate, a convection oven/toaster, a coffee maker, a sink and a refrigerator. Relax on the deck with a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the peaceful setting. Within five miles you can visit the popular Finnriver farm and Cidery for food and drink or visit the the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding. Access multiple county and state parks, and the national forest in less than twenty minutes. West Valley Rd (which borders the property) is a great road for biking, with its beautiful views of the valley and its 35 mph speed limit. Parking for two cars is available. Rural and quiet. Property borders a dirt road and a quiet paved road (35 mph speed limit). Tiny house is located on a 5 acre plot shared with our house. Take a left at the sign that says "Tiny House 117B" and drive straight for 150 feet to arrive at the tiny house. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles. The road is quiet, and suitable for bike riding and walking. A classical guitar hangs on the wall and is there to be played by our guests. We unfortunately do not allow animals at our home, due to asthma issues within our family.
