With a private entrance and keypad entry, you can come and go as you please. The space The private apartment is the entire first floor of the house. It is separate from the rest of the house, with keypad entry. It has vaulted ceilings and is very spacious. There is also a gas fireplace in the family room and bedroom. The back door opens up into a spacious patio. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and bath (shower). There is also a smart tv with access to Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc…You can use your streaming services login. Guest access There is street parking available on the front of the house. Other things to note For stays less than 30 days, there will be an 8% local tax charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center upon check-in. Toilet paper, paper towels, etc… are provided for short term stays. For long term stays there is enough to get you started. Please note, the building is sprayed periodically for preventative maintenance, inside and out, for all pests. This may happen during your stay.
