Occitan house with pool and garden

Charming Occitan house with garden located in a very pretty village of Minervois bordered by the Canal du Midi. The village has all the necessary amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, vegetable producer, butcher, bakery, tobacco-press...) Ideally located between Béziers and Narbonne, and only 30 minutes from the beaches. The multi-level house has been recently renovated, it will be ideal for families or groups of friends. The space The house is a newly renovated former wine shed of the Château d'Argeliers. We wanted to keep the charm of the old with the exposed stone walls and wooden beams. The house is in the center of the village but without direct neighbors, with a view of the hills of Bize-Minervois, the neighboring village. We also have a 1000 m2 garden, fully enclosed: once the gate is closed, you can enjoy the outdoors in peace. All bedrooms are equipped with a 140 X 200 bed. Sheets and pillowcases are not provided.
