Your booking is for the entire house which can accommodate up to 10 people and would be suitable, for example, as a base for a company attending a show at the NEC or Resorts World, working at Land Rover or a family travelling from Birmingham International Airport or visiting Drayton Manor Park. There are 5 bedrooms, all with double beds. There are 3 bathrooms, two of which have shower facilities. We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials. Your booking and the prices you see on here are always for the entire house. A minimum of 4 people are required to Instant Book. A spacious kitchen with breakfast bar area, large fridge-freezer and coffee/tea making facilities is all at your disposal. There is a neat, green private back garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining or relaxing outdoors. The house has modern technology including a smart TV and business ready Wifi. There are some small shops locally and there are plenty of great local pubs and restaurants serving great cuisine in Solihull, a few moments away. The property is not far from Stratford Upon Avon and other towns of historical interest such as Warwick. Birmingham city centre is a short train journey or bus ride and has a vibrant culture and social scene. The bus stop, immediately outside the property, takes you to Birmingham International Airport and train station, the NEC or Solihull. Also other major towns and cities can be accessed from Birmingham International, including London and Manchester. You will also find tea, herbal tea and coffee (including decaf) on the kitchen counter along with both dairy and non diary milk, brown and white sugar and even takeaway cups if you are on the go! Also be sure to help yourself to the cookies and other goodies, we have set out for you. Parking, we have enough room for 3 cars. If you require more parking or if you have a large vehicle such as a van, please call me and we can sort over flow parking.
