Mountain View Walk-out Basement

If you’re coming to Coeur d’Alene to see some beauty, then come stay with us! Fantastic views of Canfield and Chilcoot mountains and even the distant Scotchman Peak! Our basement is newly finished and you’ll have instant endless hot water and central ac/heat. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on our property both inside and out. If you’re coming during the snowy season, AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended as we live in a snowy neighborhood. Come stay with us in God’s country! The space Our walk out basement feels more like a main floor than a basement with all the windows, plush carpet, and 9.5 ft ceilings. We have high speed internet and a 55” Roku TV. You’ll have 1400 sq ft to yourselves! The mountain views can’t be beat with the sunrise and sunset always changing daily! We are 9 minutes to Post Falls and 18 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene. Guest access Self-check in with our Yale keypad. You’ll have access to our walkout basement which includes two rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchenette, and patio. Parking to the left of our drive in the gravel area. Other things to note We’re sorry, but due to highly allergic family members we do not allow dogs, cats, or other pets in our place.
