This apartment is located in a charming small town, the historic Borough of Lansdale, which is just Northwest of Philadelphia. We have a one-bedroom apartment (about 750 sqft.) available to book that is fully furnished. There is a sizable full kitchen, dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, an ample sized bedroom closet, fast WiFi, and available parking. The living room features a couch, two chairs, and TV with YouTube TV and Netflix subscriptions for you to relax. As this is a long term stay unit, guests are required to supply all of their own disposable and paper products (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, cleaning supplies, etc.) however at least one trash bag and one toilet paper roll will be provided at check-in to provide guests time to go shopping for supplies if they do not already have supplies with them at check-in. There is a small utility closet in the hall that will not be accessible for storage during your stay and is not part of the rented space. Our central location allows for easy work commutes within the area, making this an ideal apartment for long-term business travelers. We welcome those looking to stay for 31 days or longer. There are also many attractions nearby, including state and national parks, museums, walking trails, and gyms. Transit and Parking: We offer on-site parking and are a few miles from I-476, allowing you to easily commute within the area. The Lansdale SEPTA station is a short walk from the apartment and provides direct access to Philadelphia and all points along the Doylestown line. Parking Rules: One parking spot will be assigned to your apartment in the parking lot. If you have other vehicles, they will have to be parked in the one additional first come first serve spot in the lot which is shared with another unit, or it must be parked on the street. All other spots in the parking lot are reserved for other tenants and cannot be used for parking for this unit.
