(Water & RV Power provided + WIFI, No sewer connection) Shared access (with us) to yard with Hammocks & BBQ; outdoor dining area lit by cute hanging lights. 30-acre park across the street with Basketball & Volleyball Courts, fireplace, splash pad, baseball fields and heavily treed fields. Enjoy the private fenced (dog friendly) yard, and short walk to fine dining and great views of the river. The space Bring your own RV or Camper and enjoy living in the beautiful Audubon/Downriver neighborhood, this is a quiet heavily treed neighborhood with houses from the 1910's to 1950's. Enjoy the large (30-acre) park across the street, walk 6-blocks to fine dining, cafe's, breweries and beautiful views over the Spokane River. Just a 8-minute drive to Downtown Spokane. (Must repeat: BRING YOUR OWN RV/CAMPER. ONE IS NOT PROVIDED!) The private yard has is fully fenced with 6ft wood privacy fence, is heavily treed with hammocks and hanging lights, BBQ, seating and tables, yard games such as Cornhole and Bottle Bash provided. Enjoy walking through the Large 30-acre Park across the street, this park is known for its massive pine trees, 15ft tall fireplace (open to the public for use), children's splash pad, multiple playgrounds, 3-basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, 4-baseball fields, BBQ and seating areas, and open fields for other activities. (Sports equipment provided). Within 10-minutes walking you can be eating at -The Flying Goat (A Spokane Staple known for its Pizza, Wings, Beer and large outdoor patio with fireplace). -Downriver Grille (High end restaurant known for its locally sourced high quality menu, and great cocktails) -Tecate (Nice Mexican Restaurant) -For The Love Of God Brewery (Nice quaint local brewery) -Downriver Country Club (Nice area to grab a bite and enjoy views over the golf course, river and downtown) And other options within a 5-minute drive. Parking in driveway, and unlimited parking for additional vehicles on the street. RV Power, and water hookup as well as WIFI, NO SEWER available. Some KOA's within a couple miles do provide sewer dumping for a fee as well as on call services that come to location. Guest access Check-in is flexible, you can arrive and setup at any time. The yard is unlocked and you have 24/7 access to it. On occasion you may see us in the yard but feel free to use if we are there. Other things to note Yard is shared with myself or potentially other Airbnb guests that rent my house during that time. It is pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly, fully fenced grassy yard. Dog barking has to be strictly controlled especially at night (very quiet neighborhood) Automatic sprinklers go off nightly during the summer.
