(Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and yoga mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing or a couple. No smoking inside, outside smoking only. Must sign non smoking addendum for inside guest house. We love dogs but with an extra, approved, dog fee per dog of $250. No Cats sorry. * Must be 18 years old to lease the guest house* Must show ID and sign a California Vacation Lease. All bookings must be 31 nights. Guest access Two free parking permit for street parking included. Great neighborhood for walking or bike riding. Other things to note Please make sure you select the appropriate number of guests when making your reservation. All of ages are considered a guest including KIDS and INFANTS. No smoking inside. Must be 18 yrs old, show photo ID & sign A California Vacation Rental Lease. RARE rental opportunities with 3 rental units on one lot! *Any booking with more than 2 guests pays $20 per person per night* Maid service available for extra fee. If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know asap! Smoking and vaping allowed outside only! Owners are highly allergic- NO smoking inside. This unit is dog friendly, and you may find some stray hairs etc from previous guest’s pets. This is in a triplex.
