Arch View Ein Kerem

A picturesque original stone house sitting right at the entrance to the magical Ein Karem forest. Turquoise arched windows offer a breath-taking view over the open landscape. This recently renovated house offers a luxurious, authentic and comfortable stay. Perfect for friends, couples and families with children. Our house is right within Jerusalem Forest, offering some amazing walks and trails in the surrounding nature. The space When you arrive, the first thing you will notice is the impressive view from the private balcony/terrace. You enter the house through a large turquoise and glass door to a main room that is full of light, with a whole wall of turquoise arched windows overlooking the forest. As you walk in, you first see a cosy entrance, a large colourful dining table, and a second private balcony. Next you have a fully equipped kitchen with an island, the perfect place to cook and eat a delicious breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable and colourful seating area. The open plan kitchen/dining-room and sitting room offer plenty of space for large groups while still allowing moments of intimacy in the different areas. The main, en-suite bedroom is a unique space with a central arch, a luxurious bed with an antique piano and access to the spacious bathroom, including a large pampering bath. The second bedroom is suitable for another couple or children. Simple and cozy. The 3rd bedroom is built as a separate suite with its own entrance and a connecting door with the main house that can be locked to offer full privacy. You can access this suite from the front terrace/balcony through a beautiful large glass door or through the main house. It offers a small equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, with a gorgeous walk in shower. The whole house has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard offering luxury and comfort while preserving the beautiful original features. A perfect place to share with family or friends. When you enter the house, after being impressed by the view from the balcony you will find the central space, a dining area overlooking the view through arched turquoise windows, a spacious and cozy living room adjacent to a pampering kitchen and equipped with an island. Perfect place to share with family or friends. Guest access When you arrive you have convenient private parking right under the house. You then go up beautiful stone stairs to arrive at the house. When exploring Ein Kerem it is recommended to leave your car at the house and walk, explore, get lost in the beautiful shaded alleys. The center of the village is about a 10 minute walk from the house, where you can find many restaurants, small grocery stores and little souvenir shops. You can get to Jerusalem city center quickly and conveniently if you leave your car in the Mount Herzl parking lot (free and for commuters on the light rail) or by bus. Travelling from Ein Karem to Jerusalem city centre takes between 30 - 45 minutes There is comfortable parking under the house. In Ein Kerem it is recommended to walk and it is also advisable to get lost between the alleys. The center of the village is located about 10 minutes walk from the house The city center is quick and convenient to get to the city center if you leave the car in the Mount Herzl parking lot (free and transport on the light rail) or bus. Takes between 30 - 45 minutes Other things to note The house is located at the entrance to the forest. You can easily access the path that goes down to Ein Kerem centre, or just go for a walk in the forest. The house is located at the mouth of the forest. Right off the street you can connect to the Ein Kerem rotate path, or just go for a walk in the forest.
