New beautiful cabin at Gaustablikk

Welcome to our new lovely cabin at Gaustablikk with wonderful panoramic views and great location. The cottage is owned by 2 Danish families who have decorated the cottage with a focus on creating the coziest setting for ourselves and our guests. The cabin is from 2021, it is beautifully located in the terrain overlooking Gaustatoppen and has the forest as its closest neighbor. There is a short distance to the alpine slopes and cross-country trails. There is ski out directly from the cabin and ski in only requires a short walk of about 300 meters. The space The cottage is 115 sqm and has a large living room/kitchen with room for 10 people to eat together. You will find a well-equipped kitchen that has what you need. The living room area is furnished with a cozy sofa and nice dining area, and in addition there is a wood-burning stove, which provides warmth and coziness in all corners. The large TV in the living room is equipped with Chromecast, so you can easily stream your favorite programs. The entrance is large and spacious with plenty of room to land when you come home from skiing or hiking in the mountains. In the basement, you will find 2 bathrooms, one of which has an associated sauna, which can be quickly heated after a day on the slopes. In the basement, there are also 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, while the other 2 are with bunk beds, where the lower bed is 140 cm wide, so there is easily room for 2 people. On the first floor, you will find a cozy area for children and childlike souls, with plenty of books, games and another TV, where the kids can relax on their own. From the cozy area, there is a window down to the living room, so you can still see each other. In addition, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, where one can be hidden away, so there is more air and space for storing bags, etc. In the cottage, there is Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms, and the lock on the door is electronic without the need for keys. Outside, you will find several lovely terrace areas (a total of 70 sqm) with beautiful views of the entire area. Meals can be taken at the large long table with room for 10 people, and you can enjoy marshmallows at the outdoor fireplace on the terrace. There are also 4 lovely relaxation chairs from which you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings or take a nap in the lovely mountain sun. At the entrance to the cottage, you will find a storage room for skis, ski boots, etc., so they can stay warm and nice. There are 2 parking spaces at the cottage, plus access to electric car chargers. The front door has a code lock and check-in is therefore without a host. Other things to note We are 2 Danish families who bought the cottage in 2021. It is often used privately, which is why we have also tried to give it a personal touch. We are very happy with the cottage and therefore hope and expect that you will take care of the cottage as if it were your own. This means that the cottage may not be used for parties.
