Good reviews & ID required to book The space This is a quiet, comfy cozy mancave studio apartment w/ bedroom, living room and kitchen all in one room. It has vaulted bamboo ceilings and neon beer signs along with eclectic mancave decor. There is one queen bed w/ another full bed in loft above requiring a ladder to access. We have a blow up bed upon request. The bathroom is in a separate room & laundry is in a separate hallway. We can not accommodate more than three guests due to its size. #airbnb #mancave #studio-rental #travelingnurse Guest access You'll have plenty of privacy in this studio apartment in a separated detached garage/workshop with your own private entrance, & back yard area w/ picnic table tiki, BBQ grill and bicycles. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. We provide easy self check-in access and an emergency key in a lock box outside of the mancave studio door in case you lose your key. We can store luggage for you beforehand or afterward if need be. Other things to note We typically do not accept anyone without previous good reviews and ID. (We've had a few bad experiences with people reserving the place for others who can't get vetted. It's that 5% that makes us cautious so that we can keep the place nice for future guests) . We are very kind, fair and reasonable people but we are stern about our policy of no smoking or vaping inside our studio apartment. We cannot accommodate pets on this property due to allergies, space limitations and insurance requirements. This includes ESA dogs unless exceptions are made. There is an extra cleaning charge of (up to $250) if you smoke inside or bring a pet inside without prior approval. You may also be asked to leave without a refund if you break these rules. There are ashtrays on the outside covered tiki picnic table for smokers. We are in a residential neighborhood so we do not allow parties or large groups of visitors. Please do not go on to our neighbors property!!! I realize this is common sense to most people but unfortunately there are some who still need to be reminded.
