Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Extremely close to the city and amenities, while in the country with wildlife. This is an update & spacious rv! Perfect stopping point between the Bay Area and Portland or Seattle. Only 1/2 hour drive to local wineries in the Applegate Valley. Lots of spectacular restaurants near by. Minutes from the jetboats. Walking distance to Cathedral Hills trails. Lots to do, see and explore. No Smoking. No Pets. No fires. No small children. Sorry! The space This is our home away from home. We have traveled the country in it and love the open space feel. This 35 ft fifth wheel offers 350sq ft of space. We offer an air fryer/convection oven that will cook a small pizza, fridge/freezer, and more. We provide books for your enjoyment as well as some games to play and binoculars along with a bird book. We also provide a small coffee pot with coffee grounds, filters and powdered creamer options. The bed has a antibacterial mattress and pillow covers. We do not have an iron, but there is a clothes steamer in the small closet on the side of the bed for your use. We now have 2 AC units. However, rvs are not like a homes... so it will be loud with both AC units going. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: No pets. No small children (10 and under due to limited space). No fires. No smoking in the RV. No exceptions on any of these. Late checkouts must be prearranged and prepaid prior to the late checkout. More info in welcome email. ******Our home is up the hill above the RV. Our shop is on the same property as the RV. We try our best not to disturb our guests or use the shop while we have guests, but sometimes we will need to be in the same vicinity. If you are booking the same day as your stay, we will usually ask you what time you are arriving. This is so we can make sure to turn on lights/AC/Heat for you. We hope that you do not take this as us invading your privacy, we are just trying to provide exceptional service******** Guest access You are welcome to use the picnic table, if its available and the space around the trailer to sit and hang out. We have also provided 2 camp chairs for lounging. Unfortunately we can not allow any kind of fires or firepits during fire season. Other things to note We ask that you do not bring pets. We have been asked multiple times to make exceptions on this and unfortunately that is not possible. We understand that your pet is your family, but we can not have pet dander or other smells in the trailer. We appreciate your understanding We also ask that you respect our no smoking policy inside our trailer. Late checkouts must be prearranged and the additional fee paid prior to the checkout. If fee is not paid ahead of time, checkout is at 11am on day of departure (no exceptions. WIFI: We have Starlink Rv, but do not have it set up. If you'd like us to set it up, it's $135. If there is not an available cell to connect to, then we would refund the $135. (we will check from our home whether there is connection or not and will only refund if we do not have connection). We have not had issues connecting before, but this can not be guaranteed.
