Enter through the front gate into a cozy courtyard. Step into the foyer to see the ideal floor plan with a formal dining room connected to the living room. Four spacious bedrooms tucked away from the common areas! The Master bedroom has a view and access to the backyard. The kitchen has ample counter space and a large pantry. A built-in bar in the family room. Double pane windows throughout and a spacious laundry room. Other things to note A security deposit of $2500 will be charged by the host at check-in. Guests are responsible for any utility charges that exceed the limits stated in our House Rules. Once the actual utility bills become available, the host will reconcile the amounts and reimburse any excess paid by the guests via pay pal or another method preferred by the guests. Please note that billing cycles vary by provider, water: approximately 60 days, PG&E: approximately 30 days, so some bills may not be available at the exact time of check-out. We kindly ask for your understanding, as these billing cycles are outside our control.
