Guest House Kala- Deluxe double room

Our Guest House is in the city center, area Veli Varoš - old part of the town. It is really close to all tourist attractions (parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, beaches... ). If you decide to book our place, you will have everything necessary in the walk distance away. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Me and my family are working in tourism for a years , and we love host people from all around the world! The space Delux double room is on the 1st floor of our Guest House- access is by stairs only! In 2016. we have been completely redecorated the house and opened it for you, our dear guests. The whole place is intended to rent, and we hope that you will love our Guest House as much as we do. The house dates back to 1805., so by the documents we have, it is more than 200 years old. The house is redecorated in the "old Dalmatian stone house" style, with a modern furniture, that provides you a nice and comfortable stay! Guest access If you book Delux double room, you will have a private room with the private bathroom that has walk in shower! In the room you have a big screen smart TV, kettle, tea/coffee supplies, AC... also you have small fridge to use! As I have already mentioned, me and my family are 24/7 at your service, we will not bother you during stay but are on disposal for whatever! Other things to note Guest House Kala is located in one of the oldest part of the Split, area Veli Varoš. Streets are really narrow and it is not possible to reach house by car, so please do not even try it. There is no private parking, but whole area around is a free parking zone as well there is paid parking (all with in 10 min walk distance away) - after booking confirmation we will provide all details! You will be requested before you arrive to share ID pictures as we are obligated by Croatian law to register each guest in eVisitor. Here is a part of what law says: "A mandatory law - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon check in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.... If you can not or do not want to provide us your information for any reason, we are not authorized to provide you accommodation service." We practice self check in, but are always available via phone to our guests!
