In the town of Menat in the Combrailles (Puy de Dôme), close to the Gorges de la Sioule, spacious 85 m2 duplex fully equipped for 5 people. Equipped outdoor terrace with views and direct access to the heated and shared pool (June to September). Playground, trampoline, petanque court, wooden games, mountain bike rental, pizza evening. Walk at the foot of the property. Fcb: lesgitesdelachaux The space The gite is a duplex, which makes it very spacious. It is lucky to have a very nice view of the valley and the swimming pool. On the ground floor: entrance, living room with flat screen, fitted and equipped kitchen. Upstairs: landing room with two single beds, a double bedroom, a separate toilet, shower room and an extra room with a single bed and washing machine. We provide all the childcare equipment: bed umbrella, mattress, sunbed, high chair, changing mat, potty, suitable dishes, toys...as well as bed linen, towels and pool towels. ON-SITE SERVICES: - Homemade and cooked pizza before your eyes. Card available in the cottage. Please give 24 hours' notice of any order. - Mountain Bike rental with electric assistance. At your disposal: 3 electric ADULT ATVs and 2 children's ATVs with bike rack. Your cottage has its own private terrace area. But you also have access to common areas: parking, pool area, children's playground, pétanque court. A hiking trail from the cottage invites you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and appreciate the view of the Puy-De-Dôme. Other things to note PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
