This 2nd floor apartment sits above the owner’s custom cabinetry business that is open Monday through Friday regular business hours. With its own private rear entrance with keyless entry pad, renters can come and go as they please. Unit is accessed through a separate private hall and stairway. No cabinets are manufactured at this location, sales office only. Unit is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach, coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella and folding chairs. Bedroom has a Serta queen motion bed and Roku TV with access to sitting balcony. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is fully equipped with lots of small appliances and utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Living room has a 42” smart TV. Full bathroom inside unit and half bath and laundry area downstairs near patio. Downstairs also has an outdoor shower spray for a nice Florida rinse after a day at the beach. Balcony runs across the front of unit and is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.
