The space Situated in beautiful Ellis Hollow, up against hundreds of acres of natural surroundings, but still within 10 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca College and Downtown. The property has an organic garden, pond, free range chickens (ask about collecting your own eggs!) and quiet country roads or trails for hiking, running or biking. The apartment has a new queen size bed, queen size futon, full kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning. The apartment is connected to the garage of the main house, but has its own gate to a brick path, private entrance and yard with lawn chairs and charcoal grill. Guest access The studio apartment has private parking, a private entrance and path, private yard with a new coal grill and outdoor chairs. The studio is on the property of our main farmhouse and is connected to the garage. Ask about visiting chickens for your own farm fresh eggs for you to cook with in the morning! Other things to note $25/additional guest over two people As with most country homes, the water on property comes from a well. The water is run through a system for softening and purifying and is completely safe.
