Excellent location between main avenues. - In one of the areas of trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars, theaters, parks, galleries, and museums. - Very well connected a few blocks from the Metro, Metrobus and Public Transportation. - Close to tourist areas: Zona Rosa, Condesa, Reforma, Chapultepec, Centro Histórico and Polanco. - Currently in our quadrant several establishments have opened, so on weekends there will be noise, but with earplugs there is no problem. The space Comfortable second floor room inside a beautiful house built in the 50's , with a double bed, closet and a work table; full bathroom to share with another room. Having an outdoor balcony, it is common for the sounds of the city to be heard. If you need them, you can ask us for earplugs or bring your own. Recently different establishments have opened on the street across the street so there will be noise in the evenings since Thursday and weekend . Está is one of four rooms what we offer by this platform. On the ground floor, the entrance is through the garage. On the first floor is the social area, dining rooms, living room and kitchen. The room area is on the second floor. And on the third floor is the roof terrace, which you can visit from 8am to 6pm, since for security reasons it is closed at night. We provide towels (1 towel per guest per stay) and clean sheets, Wi-Fi, and your set of keys so you can come and go as you please. In the hot season we leave a fan and in the winter season an extra blanket in the room. If you need an extra blanket, do not hesitate to ask. For the safety of our guests and ours we DO not conduct visits before booking. The room does not have a street view, but there is noise. Guest access The house has three floors, it has an equipped kitchen, which you can use without any problem. When you finish using it, remember to leave it as you found it. I leave you a small towel to dry your dishes and you can store them after use to avoid hindering the use of the kitchen to others. Each room has an assigned place to store your food in the refrigerator and in the cupboard, as well as dishes, and containers of an assigned color (red🟥), please respect that. You can also use the living and dining room. Behind the kitchen there is a small service patio where if you need to smoke you can do it, but try to move away from the door a little so that the smell does not get in. During your stay Whenever you need it, I'll be happy to help you. Other things to note We are in a transit area of cars and people, due to the nearby offices and schools, so during the week it is a bit noisy during the day. There is currently a ballroom that opens on weekends at night so we have noise until early morning, so I recommend using earplugs that night. Recently, different establishments have opened on the street in front that open from Wednesday afternoon and especially on the weekend. For stays of one month or more, we do mandatory cleaning once every fifteen days (already included in the cost). If you need extra cleaning, there would be an additional cost of $200 per cleaning.
