The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog. The space The Stables is an en-suite upstairs self contained loft room in the courtyard of our property, a grade 2 listed crew yard conversion set in the open countryside. Fully carpeted, a small double bed, tv/dvd, WiFi, with en-suite shower room and WC. on the same level. Towels and bed linen are provided. The room is upstairs with its own separate access fully heated and the velux windows both have blinds. Breakfast will be brought over to you in the morning, or weather permitting you can eat outside. Guest access Free off road parking on site, we are at the end of a 300m track from the main road. There are local pubs in the nearby villages of Collingham and Winthorpe and restaurants in Newark, just 10 minutes away by car or taxi. Other things to note Please make sure gates are kept shut at all times as we have dogs and horses. Dogs are welcome by request and we ask they are kept on the lead in our yard as we have ducks and chickens in the back garden. There is ample space to walk them in our fields.
