Valencia street is right near by, with shops, restaurants, and everything else. The space Quiet neighborhood. Apartment has been newly renovated last year. Comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, sofa, and TV. Room includes mini-fridge and microwave; there is no formal kitchen. The shower is spacious and very enjoyable. The balcony is serene, with a view of the garden and peaceful waterfall. Guest access You will have a private entrance with full access to the washer/dryer and private balcony.
