Includes private entrance, bedroom/study, bathroom with shower, private patio, yard includes labyrinth, fire circle, & 3000 acres stream side greenbelt space. Book time in the infrared Sauna or Jacuzzi Tub with hot or cold. The Hot sauna cold splash is popular. 1 session is complimentary. 45 for 90 minutes after that. Programs in Forest Bathing and Pathwork Schedule the Zen Zone movement, meditation & contemplative arts space. The space In a mature forest along a bold stream above the Rappanhannock River. Room furnished with clean but modest functional furniture. Queen futon bed. Microwave and frig. Wood stove with glass door in hall for cozy winter comfort. Air conditioned and heated, roomy comfortable with private entrance and access to land and garden spaces. Spa Room has Infra-red Sauna and Massage Chair. Private Patio and Jacuzzi Tub. Use of Sauna and Jacuzzi 25% discount with room for $45. Guest access The bathroom and 2 other rooms are on one floor and you have private entrance. Parking is in the driveway just above the separate entrance. The Path to the entrance is mulch so carrying bags about 50 feet is required. Accept for occasional hall traffic, it is a separate space. Zen zone space is used with programs or can be booked separately. All the grounds are available, including 3,000 acres of Nature Conservancy land along Enchanting Run and the Rappahannock River. This is not very accessible for handicapped people. Most activities and locations require moderate fitness to access. Guests have access to the bottom floor which includes separate entrances private patio and access to the grounds and nature conservancy land. You need to be comfortable walking in the forest or along the creek without trails.
