Spa Room has Infra-red Sauna and Massage Chair. The bathroom and 2 other rooms are on one floor and you have private entrance. Parking is in the driveway just above the separate entrance. The Path to the entrance is mulch so carrying bags about 50 feet is required. Accept for occasional hall traffic, it is a separate space. Zen zone space is used with programs or can be booked separately. All the grounds are available, including 3,000 acres of Nature Conservancy land along Enchanting Run and the Rappahannock River. This is not very accessible for handicapped people. Most activities and locations require moderate fitness to access. We are in a rural residential neighborhood, part of the larger DC metro area and near by are both suburbs and the city of Frederikcsburg, which has some great venues and features for history buffs, foodies, and people generally looking to sight see in the area of the early history of our nation. Also possible to fish or canoe on nearby reservoir and on Rappahannock River. Hiking is trail-less along side the creek and river. A beautiful wild natural area in the midst of civilization. 3,000 acres of greenbelt space along the stream and river for people to enjoy. Birding, fishing, hiking, vision quests and other nature solo activities can be arranged. Train, and Bus come into Fredericksburg. Airports in Richmond, Dulles, and National. I can transport from Fredericksburg. New local Airport for those who fly small business jets. For a week long retreat I can include transportation to and from the area airports for an additional fee.
