Buggs Island Bungalow One of the oldest residences in Clarksville, the house dates back to the 1800's. We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and then stroll to the lake or downtown for antique shopping, and then enjoy a brew at Buggs Island Brewing Company. Cozy den has a full size couch and a futon for added sleeping space. Smart TV in the den with cable available. Wifi available. Full kitchen with a funky vintage feel and all that you need to cook a delicious meal. Coffee and tea and cream and sugar available. Lovely screened porch. Large backyard. We live locally so are happy to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. We are also happy to assist you with connecting with local businesses and attractions. Residential; quiet. We are just a few blocks off of main street. Easy walking distance to downtown or the lake. We do not have direct lake access and we cannot accommodate boat parking.
