Basement Apt for Tech Games & Graduation

Our basement apartment is located in a little subdivision called Airport Acres which is located less than a mile from Virginia Tech's lovely campus. Just a short walk down the Huckleberry Trail! We are also very close to Kroger and Bull & Bones too! The space This basement has it's own entrance and the veranda and grills are available for use. We have all the utensils so no need to lug it to Blacksburg. Guest access It has ample parking for you and your friends! We are very close to the Huckleberry trail and you can easily walk to the stadium. We are also within walking distance to Kroger, Bull and Bones (First and Main) and even downtown. Other things to note Please no more than 4 people. Keep in mind there is only one shower (that is quite small) and bathroom.
