The space This fabulous ground floor studio within our home is quietly located in a small cul-de-sac on a tranquil development directly bordered by attractive private parkland. It offers a fantastic base for anyone looking to get the most out of vibrant life in the city during the day and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during the evening/night. Listen to the enchanting birds’ song early in the morning or spend the evening in the garden, with a wood burner nearby to ward off any evening chill. The refurbished interior features grey and white shades, with a splash of ochre. This studio would suit couples, groups, families and children. You will have your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The guest suite is fully equipped so if you fancy a night in, cooking for friends or family, everything you will need is there: microwave/oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, sugar, oil, vinegar, and spices. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and other products for you to enjoy. Also, hairdryer, washing machine and cleaning products are available. All bed linens are provided and one bath towel and one hand towel is provided for each guest. Please bring your own if you need more. Shower gel, hand wash and other will e provided. Entertainment options range from books and board games to a 41" TV with Netflix and Youtube. Wifi is available. Free private parking on the premises. Other things to note The studio is a room in our home with all amenities self-contained. You are welcome to enjoy the space and garden in a respectful manner, but please keep in mind that this is our home and we do live in the main part of the house where you might hear us about. We also ask you to restrain from making loud noises at night as these can be disturbing to ourselves and our neighbours.
