Beautiful Private Family "BEACH" Front Home

Our home has brought countless wonderful memories ! We have shared it with family & friends over the years and this year, we want to share it with you. Families that will appreciate our home and take care of it as if it was their own, are now invited. Our beach home is truly one of kind. It's beach side yard makes it great for playing games up close to the home while enjoying the beautiful views of the beach. The private pool allows one to cool off when the sun gets hot. Truly Paradise ! The space This is a very unique home ! It is NOT designed and set up as a beach rental. It has been thoughtfully put together to bring family and friends together in a setting that has been so popular & treasured by many over the years, South Padre Island, Tx. Your visit to our home, is pausing the world for a moment to enjoy life ! Guest access The entire home and it's private beach front is yours. There are two small keyed closets that we use as owners only space. Other things to note The homeowner may send someone daily to walk the property. Our home is for family vacations only and no rentals will be made to anybody under the age of 32. The Airbnb renter MUST be on-premise every day and night of rental. Parties and additional guests not staying at our home are not allowed to visit.
