You need to provide us your name as appear on your ID or the name of the person that will arrive first to check in, any name changes before your arrival, will incurred with name change fee of $50. Check in is available any time after 4 pm, no rush. Other things to note ***** RESORT AND CLEANING FEE CHARGED AT RESORT ***** CLEANING FEE: A one time U$130 will charge for the cleaning. There is no daily cleaning available. RESORT FEE : U$25 per night will be charged upon arrival, this covers internet, parking and many other amenities on the resort. ***** TEMPORARY CARD HOLD ***** Guest may choose a $500 HOLD on a major credit card that will be FULL RELEASED released after the room has been cleared of any damages or guest can choose a $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Fee which will cover them up to $1500 of accidental damages. ***** IMPORTANT ***** Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes. Those pictures are a mix from my own and other pictures provided by the Resort. They represent very well what the house /room will look like. If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let us know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $50 change fee. Guest will need a valid ID and credit card for check in. Lead pax need to be 21 y/o or older at the time of check in. We believe in responsible parenting, and we happily accept bookings for families with kids of any age. Wen you rent our home, you accept and understand that our property does not have any Locks, Latches or clips in cabinets, drawers or in any other potentially dangerous areas that could represent a hazard for small kids. By acknowledging this information you, as a parent or legal guardian are the sole responsible for the well being of your kids and we void our responsibility for any accident that could occur in our property during your stay.
