One guest only. Two room mother-in-law suite with private entry and private full bathroom. There is no kitchen. Small refrigerator and microwave. Suitable for take out. Seeking one very quiet and mature professional who will be out most of the day. About 15 minutes to all major schools and hospitals. No smoking in suite. The space This is a 2 room suite with private bathroom adjacent to my private living quarters. I have 2 quiet cats who do not have access to the suite.
