Enjoy our piece of country paradise! 1 BR lodge sleeps 4 comfortably w/fully equipped kitchen, W/D, fire pit & grill. Relax at our peaceful lodge after hunting at nearby Ravenwood Lodge or escape with the family. Spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast items & great coffee options provided! You may see pheasant, quail & deer on the property. Near Echo Cliff park & on the edge of the Flint Hills. No pet fees!! Low cleaning fees & no occupancy tax! Early check in/ late check out may be available. The space Our unit is located inside our 40' x 80' outbuilding that is fully insulated with central heat and air. Great shower with tankless hot water. We have a small selection of breakfast items for your enjoyment. These items typically consist of eggs, oatmeal, granola bars, pop tarts, and what you need to make fresh pancakes. There are tons of fun coffee options for the Keriug, too! Right now our egg supply is limited, but we hope to have them back in stock soon! There are no additional fees for pets! We are huge pet lovers and we hope your pets will love our place too. Although pets are free, they must be registered as guests. We are proud to be powered by solar energy. 🌞 PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is located under the deck at the main house. It is considered a shared space but quite private. The in ground solar lights will lead you to it. Fireplace is decorative only due to safety concerns. We truly love being airbnb hosts. ❤ Providing you with a great experience is our #1 priority. Guest access Lots of available parking. And YES, we have room for your U-haul and trailers. We practically specialize in hosting cross country movers. 😁 Self check in at your convenience. Huge hot tub and plenty of room to relax outside in Mother Nature's beauty! Other things to note Your pets are welcome! We have 5.5 acres for your furry family members to enjoy. We ask that you use one of the extra sheet sets located in the closet to protect the couches or beds if you allow them to sleep there. We do allow cats under the pet policy, however, they are not allowed in the carpeted bedroom. Please place the litter box in the bathroom. One of the things about being in the country is that there are definitely more critters around. The only ones we have had an issue with are rollie pollies during certain months of the year. We treat for them and have them all cleared out prior to your arrival. However, depending on the weather, you may notice a couple make their way in during the night. They really seem to love our concrete floor! 😄 You must make the reservation for all the guests. You may be asked to leave if you have additional guests. If the AC or heat is on, the door and window must be shut. The queen bed and 2 bunks will accommodate 4. If you wish to include a 5th person or additional guests beyond that, please reach out. We have a $25/pp fee over 4. If you are interested in renting the property for a gathering, please feel free to reach out. We have security cameras on the property on all sides of the barn and main house.
