Our unit is located inside our 40' x 80' outbuilding that is fully insulated with central heat and air. Great shower with tankless hot water. We have a small selection of breakfast items for your enjoyment. These items typically consist of fresh fruit, eggs, oatmeal, granola bars, pop tarts, and what you need to make fresh pancakes. There are tons of fun coffee options for the Keriug, too! There are no additional fees for pets! We are huge pet lovers and we hope your pets will love our place too. We are proud to be powered by solar energy. 🌞 PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is loacated under the deck at the main house. It is considered a shared space but quite private. The in ground solar lights will lead you to it. We truly love being airbnb hosts. ❤ Providing you with a great experience is our #1 priority. Lots of available parking. And YES, we have room for your U-haul and trailers. We practically specialize in hosting cross country movers. 😁 Self check in at your convenience. If you would like the gas grill or bag chairs or have any questions on the hot tub, just let us know! The fire pit and hot tub are located outside in shared space with the main house. You are the only guests on the property, and we do not occupy those areas any time our guests wish to. We do have a dog, and foster pets. If you want us to make sure they avoid you, please just let us know. Our pup loves to visit and get pets. Our fosters are usually puppies just trying to get big enough for their "furever home." ❤️ Quite country setting located on 5.5 acres. ❤ Easy access to I70, Heartland Park, Stormont Vail Event Center, Ravenwood Lodge, and many other Topeka destinations. Enjoy a walk through walking paths in the natural grassland behind the house. Your pets are welcome! We have 5.5 acres for your furry family members to enjoy. We ask that you use one of the extra sheet sets located in the closet to protect the couches or beds if you allow them to sleep there. One of the things about being in the country is that there are definitely more critters around. The only ones we have had an issue with are rollie pollies during certain months of the year. We treat for them and have them all cleared out prior to your arrival. However, depending on the weather, you may notice a couple make their way in during the night. They really seem to love our concrete floor! 😄 You must make the reservation for all the guests. You may be asked to leave if you have additional guests.
