New kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed, & extra blankets. This country getaway is near the University of Florida (12 miles), Blue Springs (21 miles) Ginnie Springs (24 miles), and historic High Springs (15 miles). Guest access Picnic table, fire pit, veggie/herb garden on property. Feel free to walk the grounds and pick what in season in the garden. Presently we have cilantro, carrots, parsley, mustard greens and kale. Peaches, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers soon to come! Champion juicer available upon request.
