A great place for families and friends to gather to have fun, relax and enjoy the peaceful splendor of nature. Sleeps 4-6 guests with air mattress. The space Mulberry Acres is a 2 Bed/1 Bath vintage cottage well stocked with all the conveniences of home, including fiber internet. The property offers two queen beds. The sofa may also be used for sleeping space. Guests may bring air mattresses. Twin sheet sets and blankets provided for guests' air mattresses. Kitchen equipped with a gas cookstove with oven, Coffee maker (drip and K-cup), Electric kettle, toaster, microwave, crockpot, ice cream maker, full sized fridge with ice maker, and all the necessary dishes for cooking for families. Spices, coffee, tea, sugar, some condiments, and other extras are included. Starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bath soap, makeup cloths, and plenty of towels fill the bathroom. All linens provided for comfortable queen sized beds. additionally, The sofa is available for sleeping space, and air mattresses are welcome. The front bedroom has plenty of space for a full or queen size air mattress, and we provide additional linens. A desk with power provides a convenient place to work. TV, games, and books and a Radio/CD/Bluetooth system provided entertainment. Carport for one car and expansive circle driveway for extra parking. Picnic table on front patio. Folding outdoor chairs. Firepit circle with Adirondack chairs, roasting sticks, and solar powered patio lights. Charcoal grill, grill caddy. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire home and the acreage. Other things to note Disclaimer: Mulberry Acres is a rural country home located in a natural rural area near water and forests. It is common to see wildlife including birds, rabbits, deer and fox. While rental guests have not notified us of any sightings, it is possible that you may see snakes of all kinds common to the area. You can expect insects, mosquitos, bugs, bees or wasps, rodents, or other creatures outside. The interior of the home is treated quarterly for pests. We ask that any pests inside the home be reported to us immediately. We will act promptly to treat for and/or remove any pests from the property. However, we cannot be responsible for the presence of pests common to the area. Guests must exercise caution, use insect repellent, and stay aware of their surroundings when enjoying the property.
