Fully equipped apartment to accommodate 8 people, but we could accept up to 12 people maximum. Distribution of sleeping places: On the first level there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each; in the living room there is an armchair bed that extends and is the size of 2 double beds + 1 single bed; On the second level - which is 1.40 meters high, has no windows and is accessed through a telescopic staircase - there are 2 beds + 1 single mattress. There are also 2 1.5-person mats THERE IS ONLY 1 BATHROOM You must send the names, surnames and RUT (or passport number or ID number) of all persons entering the apartment. There cannot be more than 12 people in the apartment. Failure to send this data prior to your arrival means a fine of 3 UTM by the building management. This is a security measure to restrict the entry of new people into the building's community. Towels, sheets and bedding are included. PRIVATE APARTMENT (NOT SHARED) PARTIES AND PRIVATE EVENTS ARE PROHIBITED. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment, you will not share it with other guests. Other things to note The sea and beach are a 15-minute walk away. The city center (Avenida Valparaíso) where the banks, shops, bars and cafes are located is 5 minutes away.
