The apartment, which is on the ground floor, has a spacious terrace and it is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the famous Ruzafa Area, with a lot of bars, restaurants, and lively nightlife. The space Our space is a typically Valencian old house, restored and transformed into four apartments: -Two on the ground floor:A and B, with their corresponding terraces. -Two on the first floor: C, with a large terrace as well, and D, with a nice balcony, BOTH OF THEM (C AND D) ARE ACCESSED THROUGH STAIRS. At the entrance of the house there is a common area with a washing machine and dryer, for use by all guests, ( soap provided) as well as cleaning utensils. The apartments are OPEN PLAN, and consist of several areas, a little more secluded, the double bed area, then the kitchen and office area, and then the living room area with a large sofa bed and TV, which opens onto the large terrace or the balcony. The house, despite being in the city, is on a very quiet street and is perfect to relax after an intense day of sightseeing in the beautiful city of Valencia.
