Gorgeous ensuite loft, seconds from the sea!

We have a lovely, light and airy double private ensuite loft room in one of the most desirable streets in Brighton & Hove, seconds away from the beach The space The double bedroom is a bright, light and airy ensuite loft room with a very comfy double futon bed, on the second floor of a beautiful period 3 storey 4 bedroom home inhabited by Chris & Hannah (easy going, friendly ex-backpackers) and Jack (aged 11), Joe (aged 9) and Juno (aged 6). The room boasts a large power shower and lavatory. Please note that the shower and lavatory are semi-partitioned only. We therefore recommend that the room is suitable for couples/friends who are comfortable sharing such facilities. Please see photos for further information. We can also provide a hairdryer and hair straighteners if required to save you space in your suitcase! Guest access We provide clean linen and towels, tea/coffee making facilities in the room You will have access to free wifi If you need parking we can offer you a visitors parking permit which will entitle you to nearby roadside parking at a cost of £6 per day. We welcome people from all over and all walks of life. Our room can comfortably host one couple and we can also accomodate couples with a baby/toddler (we can provide a travel cot and various other things for kids!). During your stay Originally from Berkshire/Buckinghamshire, we have lived in Brighton/Hove for 15 years now (minus a couple of years away backpacking) so know and love this city pretty well and will be pleased to give you any advice and tips for making the most of your stay in Brighton & Hove. We enjoy chatting with our guests, a little or a lot, over a cuppa/glass of wine or without - but also totally understand if guests prefer to keep themselves to themselves and will always respect our guests’ privacy.
